This store in fantastic! I have never left the store empty handed because I always find something I like. The owners provide a very personalized shopping experience, they allow you to browse but are also ready to answer any questions. There is a wide variety of items to choose from and the prices are reasonable too. I am very excited to have a store like this in our small town. Sui Generis makes it easy to shop local.

I needed a recliner for my wife before she was discharged from the hospital after open heart surgery. Theresa and Jake sent me pictures of their recliners while my wife was still in the cardiac unit. They even shot a few videos of Jake demonstrating the features on several. Jake knew exactly what we were looking for. He recommended a zero gravity recliner. It was perfect. I picked it up before my wife was discharged. Their customer service is fantastic!

Every time I'm strolling through downtown Newaygo, a stop at Sui Generis is a must! Theresa and Jake are fantastic. Their eagerness to please, and attention to detail, put their store in a class above the rest. We, as residents of Newaygo, are lucky to have such a gem in our backyards. There is something there for everyone, and if you don't agree, they will find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are great, customer service is phenomenal, and the feel is so welcoming!
